Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities 1. Perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple trades. 2. Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, including lighting, sockets, and distribution boards. 3. Carry out plumbing repairs and installations (e.g., taps, toilets, drainage). 4. Conduct welding and fabrication tasks for structural repairs or custom fittings. 5. Execute general handyman duties such as door repairs, furniture assembly, and minor masonry. 6. Prepare and paint surfaces to maintain a clean and professional appearance. 7. Hang shelves, pictures, signages at a level and professional appearance, not causing damages to surrounding spaces in the course of their work.
