In my opinion, for managers, it's about building trust. They all make occasional mistakes and miscalculations like every human being. But it's about how much you trust your manager to sort it and get it right. Expecting a manager to always get it right is just a pipe dream. It's impossible. Most of Maresca's criticisms are coming from a lack of trust more than anything. It's understandable if there are fans who don't trust him.
