*🌺When Adam عليه السلام sinned, he didn’t say “We disobeyed” or “We sinned.” He said: “ ظلمنا أنفسنا We wronged ourselves.”* *🌹Because true knowledge of Allah makes you see every sin, no matter how small, as a crime against your own soul, a betrayal of the One who created you.* رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنْفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ‌ لَنَا وَتَرْ‌حَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِ‌ينَ *🤲🏻“Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. And if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.*” (Surah Al-Araaf:23). *🔮This is the language of the sincere, the broken, the repentant* *🤲🏻 May Allah awaken in us hearts that see sin for what it really is, an injustice to ourselves. And may He forgive us, before it’s too late*
