With over 40 years of experience, TEECL operates across three main business segments: Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), and Data Centres and has executed 450+ projects. It derives its revenue primarily from: • Transmission (~61%) • Smart Metering (~25%) • Generation (FGD) (~11%) • Distribution (~2%) • Data Centre (~1%) The company's entire order book and revenue streams-including EPC, smart metering, flue gas desulphurisation, and data centres - are India-focused, working with central and state utilities, PSUs, and private domestic players like Power Grid, Adani Energy, and state DISCOMs. It announced its Q4FY25 results on 28th May 2024 and has performed exceptionally well thereafter. The company’s Debt to Equity stands at just 0.01, the Price-to-Earnings ratio stands at 44, higher than the industry PE of 34 times and lower than its 5-year Median PE of 20 times. Further, Q4FY25 recorded the highest year consolidated revenues and PAT with a phenomenal growth of 85%, and 73% YoY respectively. Furthermore, the shares are also trading near its all-time highs indicating robust momentum. One can buy this stock at Rs. 1433 with a stop loss of Rs. 1146.
