Dear Esteemed SLTV Partners, please be informed that the upgrade process continues as we doing all these for better service delivery. Be informed that in the next 30 minutes, there is going to be a change on the second frequency parameters, this will make customers not to see the channels in that Frequency. The solution is tell the customer to power off and On the Decoder to restore the channels. Always know THAT WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.
