What You’ll Do: 🤝 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new employees 💬 Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment 📈 Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives 📚 Coordinate training programs and monitor employee growth 📜 Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws 📊 Maintain accurate employee records and perform data analysis as needed What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the fashion or retail industry - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labour laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software - A proactive approach with strong organisational skills 📩 Ready to contribute to our success?
