Salary: NGN 500,000 – 750,000 monthly (+ performance incentives)
Job Overview
Our client, a trade finance and working capital firm, is hiring a strategic Business Development & Accounts Executive to drive growth across Nigeria’s manufacturing and SME sectors. The role requires B2B sales experience and a solid grasp of deal structuring, financial analysis, and risk management. Ideal for someone who has managed manufacturers in a bank or trade-related setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire and manage SME/manufacturer accounts
* Conduct due diligence and structure funding solutions
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and dispatch timelines
* Monitor repayments, manage risk, and resolve issues
* Build institutional funding and investor partnerships. 
* Evaluate the financial capacity and reliability of partners.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
* 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or SME/manufacturer finance
* Proven network in manufacturing/agri-supply chains
* Skilled in deal structuring, financial modelling, and recovery
* Strong communication, negotiation, and Excel skills
