Vacancy – Shift in Charge Industry – FMCG Experience Level – at least 4 years in a fast paced FMCG sector Qualifications – Supply Chain Management and any related commercial degree Job description details Ensures performance improvement in the warehouse and dispatch processes through data analysis & continuous improvement processes. Ensures the stock management system is strictly adhered to and maintained in accordance with company SOPs. Manages costs through waste reduction initiatives. Deployment of all the necessary resources for accomplishment of tasks. Reviews sales order slips and dispatch for loading. Manages company resources ie pallets, forklifts. Conducts stock audits and ensures integrity of stock is preserved. Generates reports for management and operational decision making. Coordinates with up-country depots and processing their requirement. Supervises all shipping staff and attending to the staff issues. Posts entries in SAP ie sales orders, STOs, stock movement. Verifies and authorizes the loading and dispatch of loaded trucks. Reviews and authorizes invoices for dispatch. Leads in transfer of stock from production to shipping.
