*Subject: Invitation to Participate in Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) Training Sessions for International Day of Yoga – June 21st* Dear Students, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff, The International Day of Yoga (IDY) is observed every year on 21st June to raise awareness about the many benefits of practicing yoga for physical and mental well-being. As part of this global initiative, Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) has been developed as a standardized yoga routine that forms the core of IDY celebrations across the world. To ensure smooth and enthusiastic participation in the mass yoga demonstrations on IDY, it is essential that all participants become familiar with the CYP sequence in advance. This requires basic training and regular practice, which helps individuals perform the protocol with confidence and correctness. In view of the above, daily training sessions are being organized for the campus community. All students, teaching, and non-teaching staff are requested to attend the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) practice sessions scheduled as follows: 🧘 Timings: 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM 🏢 Venue: University Main Building 📆 Dates: Daily sessions leading up to June 21st Your active participation will not only contribute to the success of the University’s IDY celebrations but also support your personal health and wellness. Let us come together and make this initiative a grand success. Prof. M. Ravinder Registrar
