WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities · Supporting clients with system implementation for US payroll. · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processes, tax regulations, compliance requirements, and system functionalities. · Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, discrepancies, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner · Stay abreast of changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, and ensure that payroll systems and processes remain up-to-date and compliant. · Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of payroll processes, configurations, and system functionalities for reference and audit purposes. · Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new payroll systems and processes. · Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of payroll systems and related processes. · Configure and customize payroll systems to accommodate unique organizational needs, including payroll calculations, tax setups, deductions, and benefits administration TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications · Minimum 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment. · Knowledge about US payroll in relation to the implementation of a payroll solution · Knowledge, understanding and relevant practical experience of the payroll lifecycle · Excellent communication skills and client – facing experience · Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points · Certifications including Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) & CPP CTC upto 11 lpa DM your Cv to 9324034109
