The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos for various platforms, including social media, presentations, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities: · Create engaging motion graphics and animated content for promotional videos, social media, brand storytelling, and product demos. · Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos using advanced editing software. · Design and animate visual assets including logos, text, lower thirds, transitions, and infographics. · Collaborate closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions. · Ensure final deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications for multiple platforms (web, social, presentations). · Stay updated on motion graphics trends, techniques, and best practices to produce fresh and innovative work. · Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. · Handle audio editing and sound design when required. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Film, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. · Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant tools. · Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, timing, and storytelling. · Familiarity with 2D/3D animation and visual effects (knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus). · Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines. · Creative thinking and ability to generate original concepts. · Good time management and communication skills. Preferred Skills: · Experience in creating content for real estate, architecture, or corporate branding is a plus. · Knowledge of typography and graphic design fundamentals. · Understanding of various video formats, resolutions, and export settings for digital media.
