Class 10 Certificate/Marksheet • It should have your Date of Birth • File size: 100–500 KB in JPG/JPEG/PNG format • Self-attested (means: your signature on the photocopy to confirm it’s real) 2. Class 12 Marksheet (if results are declared) • If not available yet, then upload the online version from the board’s website • File size: 100–500 KB • Self-attested (means: sign on the copy to verify it’s true) 3. Category Certificate (if applicable) – SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Minority/CW/KM/PwBD • Must be in the name of the student • File size: 100–500 KB • Issued by government authority 4. OBC–Non-Creamy Layer Certificate • Should be made on or after March 31, 2025 • Must be from the central OBC list (check at: http://ncbc.nic.in) • File size: 100–500 KB 5. EWS Certificate (if applicable) • Issued by SDM • Must be dated March 31, 2025 or later • File size: 100–500 KB 6. Sports or ECA Certificates (if applying under these quotas) • File size per certificate: 100–500 KB • Self-attested (means: sign on the photocopy to prove it’s genuine) 7.
