The Ministry of Justice has officially recognized over 1,232 jeribs and 12 buswahs of land in Surkhrood district, known as Haji Qadir Township, as state land. In a recent statement, the ministry announced that a special court, tasked with addressing cases of usurped land in the region, thoroughly reviewed documentation from property offices and gathered information from relevant departments. After careful examination, the court determined that the documents submitted by the occupiers were not valid.
