Technical University of Mombasa (TUM) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Leila Abubakar leads the TUM fraternity to pay last respects to John Thoya Karisa, the son of the late former Cabinet Minister Karisa Maitha. John, who died on June 5, 2025, was a teaching assistant at the Technical University of Mombasa (TUM) in the Institute of Maritime and Seafaring.
