#فرصة_عمل Job Title: Software Tester (QA Engineer) Location: Damascus / Freezone Field: IT & Software Employment Type: Full-time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) We are a leading IT development company, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and performance of our in-house systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated) based on project requirements Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using standard tools Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to understand system functionality Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Create test reports and ensure the delivery of high-quality software Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in software testing or QA within the IT sector Familiarity with bug tracking systems and testing tools Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment English proficiency (written and verbal) Good to Have: Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc.) ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes 📌Salary and Benefits: Very good and it is determined after the interview.
