Key Responsibilities: • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. • Utilize active listening to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions. • Follow communication scripts while adapting to different customer scenarios. • Apply upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and respond to emails promptly. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management. • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies. Qualifications & Skills: • 2–5 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a similar sales role. • Strong marketing knowledge and a proven sales record (meeting/exceeding quotas). • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.), and sales tools. • Ability to quickly learn product/service details and articulate their benefits. • Resilient, cool-tempered, and able to handle rejection professionally. • Team player with exceptional time-management skills. • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • High school diploma (or equivalent); additional certifications are a plus. • Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading). • Presentable, well-mannered, and committed to following company policies.
