Sunday Round-Up #31 Hello all those calendaring commonly. Quick Requests: 1) We are looking for images of Manchester's political history (scans of newspapers, posters, pictures of demonstrations, etc.) to use for our social media posts. Organisers 💪:  We Demand Change GM _Manchester Radical Tradition Folk Train_ When 🗓️: Thursday, June 26th 6:33 – 10:55pm Where 📍: Manchester Picadilly to Glossop train. What:  We will be singing and playing all of our favourite workers and union songs on the 18:33 service MAN->GLO, followed by a roughly two hour free gig at Glossop Labour Club. We will return on the 21:22 GLO->MAN eta 21:54. Organisers 💪 : Manchester Radical Tradition Folk Train _Theatre: Liberation_ When 🗓️: starts, Friday June 27th - July 26th,7:30-9:30 PM Where 📍: Royal Exchange Theatre What: This play traces the private lives of activists who fought to liberate Africa in 1945 at the Fifth Pan-African Congress. Five days in Manchester that changed the political landscape of a continent. This play asks timeless questions about revolution, freedom, and what it means to be an activist.
