Breakfast Sponge Cake

Ingredients;
1 2/3 cup (213g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, melted
3 eggs room temperature
1 tbsp (15mL) vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120mL) sour cream, room temperature
1/2 cup (120mL) whole milk, warm
