A heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Nooresha Kably, owner and chef of #Izumi, and Mr. Brehadesh Kumar, owner and chef of #Ginkgo, on their well-deserved recognition as Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassadors! With this appointment, they join a distinguished group of 211 ambassadors worldwide, promoting the rich culinary heritage of Japan. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary, as I had the privilege of savoring authentic #JapaneseFood meticulously prepared by the newly appointed ambassadors. The flavors were beautifully complemented by #sake, a beverage deeply rooted in Japanese tradition and recently recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
