It was truly an honor to be invited by H.E. Mr. ONO Keichi, Ambassador of Japan, for a special luncheon featuring exquisite Japanese cuisine and sake at the Ambassador’s residence, Embassy of Japan. A heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Nooresha Kably, owner and chef of #izumi, and Mr. Brehadesh Kumar, owner and chef of #ginkgo, on their well-deserved recognition as Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassadors! With this appointment, they join a distinguished group of 211 ambassadors worldwide, promoting the rich culinary heritage of Japan. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary, as I had the privilege of savoring authentic #japanesefood meticulously prepared by the newly appointed ambassadors. The flavors were beautifully complemented by #sake, a beverage deeply rooted in Japanese tradition and recently recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. A wonderful celebration of culinary artistry, cultural exchange, and the enduring friendship between India and Japan!
