Dear Canpals, It is with a heart weighed down by grief and disbelief that I reach out to you in the wake of the tragic Ahmedabad flight crash. Yesterday was a sad day for our entire nation as the devastating incident had not only shaken our country, but has also left behind a trail of pain, anguish and irreversible loss for the families of those who were aboard. So many worlds have collapsed in a fraction of a second. On behalf of CBOA, I extend my deepest condolences to the bereaved families who have lost their loved ones in this unimaginable tragedy. May the departed souls find eternal peace and their families find strength. Together let us pray for the swift and complete recovery of those who are battling for their lives in hospitals. I kindly request Team Ahmedabad to reach out the affected brothers and sisters and help them in the best possible way. In this moment of mourning, let us stand united in grief and solidarity. Ravi

Duplicate key of single lock to be lodged in safe custody. Entrance to strong room should be locked from inside before opening Cash cabinet to take out cash. The locked box containing Double Lock cash & Single Lock cash to be taken to the cash cabin with the assistance of a sub-staff accompanied by both the key holders. ‘Cash Received’ and ‘Cash Paid’ stamps to be placed in Single Lock at the end of the day. *Meeting of Negotiating committee with unions took place today between IBA and UFBU in IBA’s office @ Mumbai .* _*After further discussions, the following have been agreed to be incorporated in the Policy for the ensuing year 2025-26:_* 1. *Award staff shall be increased to Rs.4 lakhs from the present level of Rs. 3.00 lakhs* 2. *Officers up to Scale V : Increase to Rs.5.25 lakhs from the present level of Rs.4.00 lakhs* 3. *For scale VI and above: Increase to Rs.7 lakhs from the present level of Rs. 4.00 lakhs* • _*Corporate Buffer Amount shall be increased to 125 Crores from the present level of 100 Crores_* • _*Cataract upper cap shall be Rs.40,000/- per eye ._* • _*Hormonal therapy for cancer and Immunotherapy for non-cancer to be included_*. • _*Robotic surgery shall be considered in cases where the condition of patient warrants such treatment. Message received from a friend ==================== A friend in need is a friend indeed. In a moment of personal tragedy, CBOA has stood like a family member with true support. Yesterday, I got a call at around 9.30 pm from my father in law that his son, my wife's younger brother, is no more. He had suffered cardiac arrest in a train en route to Bengaluru, before they could arrive at Nagpur. His body was kept at railway hospital Nagpur for post mortem, and no one was there except my father in law, a retired person with diabetes. In such a moment of personal tragedy, I rang up big brother and friend RS Prayagraj Sri Vikram Singh, who immediately talked with RS Nagpur Sri Nitin Ji. Within minutes Nitin sir was at the railway hospital with all possible help. I have no words to offer for this kind of support. I just want to say thanks to big brother Vikram ji for prompt response. And I want to say special thanks to Nitin ji, RS Nagpur, for being there like a family member at such odd hours. One for all, all for one. Burglary Alarm with auto dialler facility. CCTV surveillance especially covering the appraisal and re-appraisal area with 180 days’ backup.
