Duplicate key of single lock to be lodged in safe custody. Entrance to strong room should be locked from inside before opening Cash cabinet to take out cash. The locked box containing Double Lock cash & Single Lock cash to be taken to the cash cabin with the assistance of a sub-staff accompanied by both the key holders. ‘Cash Received’ and ‘Cash Paid’ stamps to be placed in Single Lock at the end of the day.
