Motherhood is hard. Navigating BIG emotions of a tiny person is hard. Processing your own emotions is hard. Setting expectations that aren't met is hard. Needing a second for yourself but not getting one is hard. Cleaning up a mess only for another mess to happen just minutes later is hard. Asking the same thing over & over and never feeling heard or listened to, is hard. Motherhood is hard! Motherhood looks like tender moments and sweet snuggles.. Motherhood also looks like tear stained cheeks and tired eyes. Motherhood looks like dancing with your littles. Motherhood also looks like apologizing for yelling. Motherhood looks like all the love, exhaustion, joy, worry and gratitude that you can ever imagine. These feelings are like waves.
