They visited newly constructed houses under the SPHF program in the village Nazar Muhammad Leghari where land titles were awarded to women. Heart felt conversations took place - stories of resilience, financial inclusion, dignity, and emotional healing. These women, who once lost everything to the floods, now stand proudly in homes that hold not just their families, but their futures. This is where policy meets purpose, and global support meets local leadership. From the beginning, the World Bank has been a foundational partner increasing its support from $500 million to $450 million more, bringing the total to $950 million. This scale of commitment reflects deep trust in the capacity of the people and the vision of the Government of Sindh—who have proven they can deliver a gigantic transformation.
