6 reasons to not do yoga 🧘 1. Yoga releases the knots in your body. This gets your breathing to reach all parts of your body. This is scary! Imagine your breath reaching your pancreas and oxygenating it. 😱 2. Yoga stretches the muscles and gives them relaxation (temporarily only). Muscles tighten up again. Why fix something that can’t be fixed even if it provides a relaxation? Why are massage parlours there? To solve this. At least someone gets employment there but doing yoga no people are employed! 3. Yoga alters your breathing. You breathe deep. Normally you don’t do that. When you are alive while breathing normally, why do deep breathing? If deep breathing was so important why in hospital ICU they don’t ask patients to do deep breathing? Deep breathers end up in hospitals less, affecting the economy. 😭 4. Yoga cures diseases (slowly). So does medication (rapidly). Why choose a slow method? 5. Yoga is easy to do. Anyone can do that. If it is so easy where will be the benefits? All claimed benefits of yoga are also with kids who have great energy and don’t do yoga. 6. Yoga helps you go deeper within you. Isn’t that scary? We all know how bad we truly are internally? Going deeper within ourselves is a scary thought. An Instagram reel is exciting than Yoga because the reel makes us forget who we are and defocuses from us looking at ourselves and looking at others. Don’t do yoga! Happy International (No) Yoga Day!

No matter how boring your life is if you add background music to it and see it like a movie, it turns fabulous.

Every thing happening to us is a feedback. Our life goes the way we act on the feedback. If we ignore the feedback, the feedback returns with a high amplitude. If we acknowledge but don’t act - the next time we get a nudge and then again we don’t act, it pushes us off the cliff. If we act but our act is wrong, we have some consequences but recoverable. If we make it a habit to act - we get a 50:50 chance to benefit from these actions. 3 steps to a higher quality life 1. Acknowledge the feedback, consciously. 2. Act for a holistic good (there is no right or wrong, nature will teach) 3. Course correct (take it from average outcome to good or good to great) 🙏

What’s the difference between a father and a mother? They both scold. Mother scolds to help you not become a trouble to yourself and a father scolds to help you not be troubled by others. Love and scolding is the same. Intent is different.

All this hardwork in our careers or as a homemaker is not for money or fulfilling duties towards others. It is for earning our freedom to turn towards spirituality full time to dissolve or become ethereal.

Spirituality is for those who have pushed themselves to loneliness, consciously, to become a seeker of jiva (life).

The best thing you have done to others should not end up as the worst thing you have done to yourselves!

Asking an apology when someone says they are hurt or upset gets you ahead in the relationship even if you are right. Asking people to apologise doesn’t help you get ahead. Apology is a powerful tool to build and re-build relationships. If apology is an act of love then apologising increases love. If it is an act of forceful submission, it causes pain. Pain or love, is determined by the (forgotten) conscious choices we have made in our life.

Everyone has a care deficit in their life. 👇 They lack care in one or the other area of life. Some people lack self care and some people lack care that the people around them should have given them. Their whole life goes about finding that missing care. The missing care is oblivious for people who are living a non conscious life. When it never gets addressed, they compensate that with stuff where they find temporary relief leading to long term addictions with things (anything could be social media too). For those who are conscious, they realise the missing care but then if someone is conscious and not having the will to act, it ends up just with realisation. Consciousness and the will to act, fixes things. Consciousness is the first step. 95% people don’t cross the first step. 95% of 5% don’t cross the second. How to cross 2 steps? Every time in a day you are by yourself, is a reflection point. Looking at your thoughts and actions objectively to improve your consciousness. The will to act comes from how your imagination of how your life experience to be without acting on what you have come to know through your consciousness. What’s your care deficit?

Some people’s success begins with a failure and some people’s failure begins with a success. Success is the path to failure and failure is the path to success. That “someone” both sides, is us. You and me. Are we able to see it from far and unlearn?
