All this hardwork in our careers or as a homemaker is not for money or fulfilling duties towards others. It is for earning our freedom to turn towards spirituality full time to dissolve or become ethereal.

Everyone has a care deficit in their life. 👇 They lack care in one or the other area of life. Some people lack self care and some people lack care that the people around them should have given them. Their whole life goes about finding that missing care. The missing care is oblivious for people who are living a non conscious life. When it never gets addressed, they compensate that with stuff where they find temporary relief leading to long term addictions with things (anything could be social media too). For those who are conscious, they realise the missing care but then if someone is conscious and not having the will to act, it ends up just with realisation. Consciousness and the will to act, fixes things. Consciousness is the first step. 95% people don’t cross the first step. 95% of 5% don’t cross the second. How to cross 2 steps? Every time in a day you are by yourself, is a reflection point. Looking at your thoughts and actions objectively to improve your consciousness. The will to act comes from how your imagination of how your life experience to be without acting on what you have come to know through your consciousness. What’s your care deficit?

Asking an apology when someone says they are hurt or upset gets you ahead in the relationship even if you are right. Asking people to apologise doesn’t help you get ahead. Apology is a powerful tool to build and re-build relationships. If apology is an act of love then apologising increases love. If it is an act of forceful submission, it causes pain. Pain or love, is determined by the (forgotten) conscious choices we have made in our life.

Some people’s success begins with a failure and some people’s failure begins with a success. Success is the path to failure and failure is the path to success. That “someone” both sides, is us. You and me. Are we able to see it from far and unlearn?

Spirituality is for those who have pushed themselves to loneliness, consciously, to become a seeker of jiva (life).

The best thing you have done to others should not end up as the worst thing you have done to yourselves!

If we were what we think - all of us are dangerously bad people. Thankfully we are what we act upon. If our actions are good - no matter what shit runs in our head - we are good. Don’t associate yourself with your thoughts, no matter how good they are. Associate with your actions. You leave behind in this world the outcome of your actions. Yes, people do say - thoughts lead to action so you must think pure. Thinking pure all times is impossible. Don’t chase idealistic goals. Chase practical ones. When you practice acting consciously, you won’t fear your own thoughts.

To change yourselves, spend time with yourself. To improve yourself, be with people. To unlearn, observe yourself. To learn, observe others. To slow down time - spend time with yourself. To speed up time - spend time with friends.

Learning is a self humiliating experience. Our ego resists it. Our identity resists it. Our false notion of “I am good” resists it. Our insecurities resists it. Our fears resists it. Learning is an empowering experience. Our life wants it. Our existence wants it. Our innate curiosity wants it. Our survival needs it. There’s always a war happening between the factors resisting self humiliation and factors supporting empowerment. One’s willingness to enjoy the humiliation transcends them to a continuous learner. Most people don’t enjoy it. Most people persist with it to reach a certain comfort level post which they give up. Most people think they are on path of continuous learning and the reality is if they are experiencing self humiliation. If not - they are accumulating knowledge. Accumulating knowledge is dangerous without knowing how to apply and equally having an experimental ground. Those who accumulate a lot become a baggage. Those baggages lead to the person becoming a liability. Some day people around them try to clear the liability and it hurts their ego, insecurities, fears and the false notion of “I am good” built around them. Eventually- if you don’t self inflict wounds to ego, fears, false notions, and insecurities - the nature will force it. This life is a wonderful opportunity to take control and learn and learn to enjoy being self humiliated. Through that find empowerment.

When a person dies, if their story dies then they are dead. If their story is alive then they are. How long a story is alive is not important. It is what the story is. Some people are stories and some people are statistic. Many sadhus are unknown. That doesn’t mean they didn’t live well. They have a simple story that they understood that there’s something beyond commercial and materialistic living. That’s profound. Anyone who lives intensively, their story outlives their physical existence. Are you a story or a statistic?
