*The Psalm of Stars. ⭐👑* _(by Bishop David Oyedepo)_ I am not disadvantaged: Many people think because they are Black, they are backward; because they are Africans, they have no worth. Although I am Black, I am not disadvantaged; I am not underprivileged. I am not unfortunate; I am not unlucky. I am just in shape for the topmost top in life. I am not oppressed; I am not depressed. I am not afflicted. I am anointed a king to reign on the earth.I am not failing; I am not losing. I am not begging; I am giving, winning, and gaining. I am the light of the world. I am the salt of the earth. I am a city set upon a hill that cannot be hidden.I surely have something to offer my world. I am not a beggarly citizen of the earth. I am peculiar; I am treasure-loaded. I am unique; I have the mind of Christ. I surely have what it takes to impact my world. I won't pass through the earth unnoticed, not because I am hunting for fame, but by reason of the value I will add wherever I am found. I am not drowning, and I am not sinking; I am a burning and shining light. Anybody who plays around me has signed for his doom. I am not a burden; I am not a concern. I am not a reproach; I am created for the envy of my world. I am indeed a blessing to my generation. 👑

There are days I start writing and I don't know why. That was how I felt when I wrote this 2 days ago and I have the nudge to share. When the *GLORY of God* rests on a man, things begin to happen that *logic alone can’t explain*, but they are still *real and visible.* Here’s how it works: 1. *GLORY is divine influence* The glory of God is not just brightness or beauty. It is *God’s presence and power* resting on a person. When this happens, they begin to operate with *supernatural help* —wisdom, speed, strength, and favor beyond normal human capacity. 2. *Your ability becomes multiplied* With God's glory, your *natural efforts produce greater results.* For example, while others plant and wait for a slow harvest, the man with glory reaps quickly, with unusual favor and opportunities opening for him. The same action, but different outcome—because of divine involvement. 3. *Closed doors open* Where others meet rejection, the man with glory meets access. The difference isn’t just strategy—it’s that *Heaven is backing him* . Glory creates possibilities where there were none. 4. *The unusual becomes usual* Miracles, breakthroughs, and help begin to happen so often that they no longer surprise the person—they become *his new normal* . Not because he is lucky, but because *God is involved* in his journey. When God’s GLORY rests on you, the rules bend in your favor. What is impossible for others becomes *your testimony* . Glory doesn’t cancel logic. It brings a *higher logic* into your life: *Divine help. Divine speed. Divine results.* _"When God stamps GLORY on a man, the impossible becomes commonplace."_ *- Godswill Oyor*

*A Letter to My Daughter, Rejoice* Hello, my love. I just finished meditating this evening, and my heart kept coming back to you. I found myself thinking deeply about the sacrifices I've made—many of them quiet, unseen, and personal—all in preparation for your generation. You are one of my greatest reasons for doing this work. Impacting lives. Pushing through, even when I had to bootstrap everything on my own. Event after event. Webinar after webinar. Teaching, building, hoping... all so there’s a chance that your generation will grow up in a world led by wisdom and filled with purpose. I’ve taken it upon myself—especially for your sake—to make sure that the noise and foolishness flooding today’s media don’t go unanswered. That my voice, my work, my presence becomes a counterbalance. A light. Right now, it may feel like I’m only scratching the surface. But I truly hope—and believe—that by the time you're here, the seeds I’ve sown will have grown. That you’ll be proud of the work your dad has done. And that the impact will be undeniable, both around you and within you. I love you more than words can carry. Forever with you, *Dad.*

*A TREATISE TO THE TECH GUYS.* This reflection was born from a conversation I had with a friend working at an airline start-up in Lagos. It left me thinking long and hard about the current state of our tech ecosystem. Honestly, I don’t even know how to begin this letter — not out of confusion, but out of deep concern. You guys are doing exceptionally well. You're building, coding, scaling, fundraising — and it’s impressive. But somewhere along the line, something critical has gone missing. *You're no longer solving real problems.* The focus now seems to be on chasing valuations, building the next unicorn, and pitching products that look shiny but lack relevance to the realities of the environment you’re building in. Many of you say you're in it for the tech. But if we're honest — painfully honest — it's really about the money now, isn't it? You’ve forgotten that the _true_ unicorns — the companies we admire and quote in pitch decks — became what they are because they addressed deep, painful, everyday problems for millions. That’s why they became profitable. That’s why they scaled. I know it’s a cliché, but it remains true: *the more you chase money, the more it runs from you.* Focus on solving real problems. Solve problems that keep people awake at night. Solve problems that improve the lives of everyday people — not just the startup Twitter crowd. Do that… and the money will chase you. Build with purpose. Build with empathy. Build for people. _"People who think they're too big to do little things are perhaps too little to be asked to do big things."_ Small opportunities are often the beginning of great enterprises and smallness is the sure foundation for greatness. The longest journey is made step by step. *Dream BIG dreams.* *Take SMALL steps.*

*Sow Your Seeds. Eat Your Bread.* December 14th, 2023, I posted: _"Sow your seeds. Eat your bread._ _DON'T eat your seed or sow your bread. There's no harvest for this."_ I'm here to expound on it. Life gives us both _seeds_ and _bread_ —but they are not the same. *Bread is for eating.* It is your daily provision—what you need to survive today. It could be food, money, time, or opportunities meant for immediate use. Bread is the reward of past labors. You eat it, enjoy it, and draw strength from it. *Seed is for sowing.* It is your investment into tomorrow. It may look small, but inside it lies a future harvest. Seed can be time, money, energy, ideas, or even acts of kindness. You don't eat seed; you plant it. You release it today so that it can multiply and return to you tomorrow. But here’s the tragedy: When a man eats his _seed_ —he sacrifices his future for a fleeting moment. It may feel satisfying now, but the hunger will return, and there will be no harvest waiting. And when a man sows his _bread_ —he puts at risk his present. He suffers today unnecessarily, hoping for a reward that bread was never designed to give. Bread was never meant to grow—it was meant to nourish. *There is no harvest in disobedience to divine order.* To prosper in life, you must master _discernment_. Know what is bread and what is seed. Spend wisely. Give strategically. Eat thankfully. Sow intentionally. *Because the man who learns to eat his bread and sow his seed, will never lack either.*
