🌍 Join the Movement: Become a Certified Mental Health First Aider! 🧠💚 Are you passionate about supporting mental health in your community? Africans for Mental Health (AFMH) offers free, evidence-based Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to equip individuals with the skills to recognize and respond to mental health challenges. This initiative aims to empower community members to promote mental wellness, early intervention, and suicide prevention.   Who Can Participate? The training is open to everyone aged 18 and older—no prior mental health background required.
