*Three More Cases of Enforced Disappearance Emerge from Karachi and Quetta* The Balochistan Post Reports have surfaced of three more cases of enforced disappearance of Baloch youth, allegedly at the hands of Pakistani forces. The latest incidents were reported from Karachi and Quetta, deepening concerns over the ongoing trend of forced disappearances in the region. According to sources, Gulzar Alam, a resident of Panjgur and a fifth-year student at Iqra University Karachi, along with Naseer Ahmed, son of Naseem Ahmed and a resident of Karachi, were allegedly picked up by Pakistani forces from the Gulshan-e-Iqbal area of Karachi. This marks the fourth such case of enforced disappearance of Baloch youth from the city within 24 hours. Meanwhile, in Quetta, security forces allegedly detained Bashir Ahmad Muhammad Hassani, a resident of Brewery Road, from the Brewery area on February 21. *Firing at Balochi Singer Ustad Arif Baloch’s House in Turbat* The Balochistan Post Unidentified armed men have reportedly attacked renowned Balochi singer Ustad Arif Baloch’s residence in a concerning escalation of attacks on prominent figures in Turbat, Balochistan. According to reports,unidentified assailants opened fire on the residence of renowned Balochi singer Ustad Arif Baloch in the Koshqalat area of Turbat. Fortunately, no casualties were reported, as the singer was not present during the incident.Ustad Arif Baloch informed local media that the attackers not only fired shots but also hurled abuses, demanding immediate action from authorities. This incident marks the second attack on a notable personality in Turbat this month. Earlier, on February 11, educator and principal of Sachan Grammar School, Sharif Zakir Baloch, survived an assassination attempt after being shot and injured by armed motorcyclists. Prior to this, his residence was targeted in a bomb attack followed by gunfire on January 31.
