It's not everything you hear that you have to believe. Remember Garbage In Garbage Out Eve sinned not because of what she saw, touched, ate, smelt but by what she *heard* The Lord Jesus, when asked by His disciples for a sign of the end times, He warned that they be not deceived (Luke 21 vs 7-8). You may ask, when are the end times. Apostle Peter already answered that on the day God fulfilled the promise of pouring His Spirit upon all flesh in the *last days* (Acts 2 vs 15-18). WE ARE IN THE END TIMES. TAKE HEED WHAT YOU *HEAR*, DECEPTION IS IN THE WORLD. Know the scriptures, what God said, what He did not say lest you be deceived. Be prepared to answer, study to show thyself approved, meditate on this, the Word of God. It is pure, it is truth, it is powerful, it is the more sure word of prophecy. John in his first chapter confirms that the Word is the Lord Jesus Christ. Let Him be fully formed in you. Become one with the word of God today. It can be a chapter per day, or 2. This is a PROPHETIC word for you on Tuesday, February 11 PAIN DOESN'T MAKE YOU STRONGER Matthew 7:24-27 (KJV) ...A wise man which built his house upon a rock: and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And everyone that hearth these sayings of mine, and doth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it. People often say pain makes you stronger. No, it does not. We read that the storm came and beat upon the house built on the rock and the house built on sand. If the purpose was to strengthen, then both houses should have been standing strong after the storm. Instead, the one built on sand collapsed. Storms in life do not come to make you strong; they come to test how strong your foundation in Christ is! Will your confession change when you've been fired from your job and you're facing eviction, or when a loved one has passed? Will you still be singing praises, or will you be having a nervous breakdown? Check yourself and be grounded in the Word. PROPHETIC DECLARATION I am like a house built on a rock.
