Honouring 76 Glorious Years of Educational Excellence at HHS! On May 27, 2025, the HHS School System proudly celebrated its 76th Founder’s Day at the Grand Palace, marking over seven decades of unwavering commitment to quality education and holistic development. Established in 1949 by the visionary Mrs. Maryam Faruqi, HHS has grown from a single campus to a network of 13 thriving campuses across Karachi. The evening featured a touching tribute video to the late founder, a powerful address by CEO Ms. Ghazala Nizami, and acknowledgements of key leaders including Executive Director Danish Faruqi, COO Tehmina Khalid, Group Head Nadia Mehmood Ahmed, and Head of QEC Mehwesh Rehman. Awards were presented across various categories such as Long Years of Service, Academic Distinction, and Students’ Choice Awards. With engaging performances, a dynamic Drum Circle, raffle draws, and a joyful dinner reception, the event celebrated the passion, resilience, and unity of the entire HHS community. A night of reflection, celebration, and inspiration—HHS continues to build futures, true to the legacy of its beloved founder.
HHS School System: Mental Exercise – A 14-Week Brain Boosting Journey Grade 4 students across HHS participated in a 14-week mental math programme focused on improving cognitive speed and accuracy. Using the Chisanbop method—a Korean finger calculation technique, students practiced quick addition and subtraction through interactive sessions. Teachers received specialized training, ensuring consistent and engaging classroom delivery. Pre- and post-assessments showed remarkable gains, reflecting the effectiveness of hands-on learning and daily practice. This initiative underscores HHS commitment to innovative, skill-based education that empowers young learners.

HHS is proud to share that its students have secured 1st position in the 4th National School Rope Skipping Championship 2025. Airah Faheem of VI-C earned first position in the Under-12 category. In the Under-14 category, Amna Khalid of VI-B, Ayan Ur Rehman of VII-D, and Aqsa Ejaz of XI-C achieved first position as well. Heartiest congratulations to these young champions on their outstanding performance!

Founded in 1949 by the late Mrs. Maryam Faruqi, HHS has expanded from a single campus to 13 institutions across Karachi, upholding its core values of compassion, integrity and holistic development. The evening featured a heartfelt tribute to the founder and a keynote address by CEO Ms. Ghazala Nizami, who reaffirmed the core belief that “every decision must begin with what is best for the child.” The school’s leadership including Executive Director Mr. Danish Faruqi, COO Ms. Tehmina Khalid, Group Head Ms. Nadia Mehmood Ahmed, Director Programmes Dr. Maliha Ahmed and Head of QEC Ms. Mehwesh Rehman were recognised for their continued commitment and guidance.
