Here are *5 ways* to practice positive thinking according to the book I recommended early this month: * Use affirmations. (I’ve shared some with you previously, use them or you can create your own) * Remind yourself to focus on the good things, no matter how small they are. * Do something nice for someone. It may be that no one has ever done anything nice for them and they will forever remember and appreciate you for that. * Focus on the present moment. Sometimes, put your phone down and be within the moment to create some genuine memories. * Surround yourself with positive people. Edify yourself daily, by doing this you can at least take a 30 minutes walk and move your body, run or do a nice work out. Read a page from a book if you can’t do a whole chapter, remember I suggested a book earlier this month? How’s it going???
