Here are *5 ways* to practice positive thinking according to the book I recommended early this month:
* Use affirmations. (I’ve shared some with you previously, use them or you can create your own)
* Remind yourself to focus on the good things, no matter how small they are.
* Do something nice for someone. It may be that no one has ever done anything nice for them and they will forever remember and appreciate you for that.
* Focus on the present moment. Sometimes, put your phone down and be within the moment to create some genuine memories.
* Surround yourself with positive people. Congratulations for being a part of this channel, recommend it to your audience, this may save someone’s life.
