Servotech Renewable Power System Limited partners with France-based Watt & Well SAS, a technology leader in power electronics equipment, to manufacture and sell 𝐄𝐕 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 in India. 🔹 The collaboration will initially focus on developing a 30kW Power Module for use in the Indian EV charging market. JBM Ecolife Mobility Private Limited, a subsidiary of JBM Auto Limited (JBM Group), has secured a tender for the end-to-end execution of 𝟏,𝟎𝟐𝟏 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 and the development of allied electric and civil Infrastructure on GCC basis under the PM-eBus Sewa Scheme from Convergence Energy Services Limited. The approximate order value of the tender stands at 𝐈𝐍𝐑 𝟓,𝟓𝟎𝟎 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐞. These e-buses will be deployed in around 19 cities across Gujarat, Maharashtra and Haryana. The project will be supported by a Payment Security Mechanism (PSM), ensuring timely payments to electric bus operators and enhancing financial sustainability for industry stakeholders. With this order, the company’s order book now stands at 11,000+ electric buses in various execution stages.

Uno Minda has signed a joint venture agreement with Suzhou INOVANCE Automotive Co., Ltd. for the manufacture and sale of 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐕 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚. Uno Minda will hold 70% stake in this joint venture. Yuma Energy, a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) company backed by Yulu and Magna International, acquires Grinntech Motors & Services Pvt. Ltd., a Chennai-based battery solutions company. The acquisition will enable Yuma Energy to build a 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐚𝐒 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 encompassing battery design and production, intelligent charging units, a multi-city swapping network, technology-driven operations, and a seamless customer app. In January 2025, Yuma Energy had unveiled its battery developed in collaboration with Grinntech. The acquisition is a progression of the partnership between the two companies over the past 18 months.
