Uno Minda has signed a joint venture agreement with Suzhou INOVANCE Automotive Co., Ltd. for the manufacture and sale of 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐕 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚. Uno Minda will hold 70% stake in this joint venture.
