*Tomorrow Doesn't Exist* There is no tomorrow both objectively and realistically that is why there is a saying which says " tomorrow never comes". Tomorrow doesn't exist all you have is *TODAY*. So, never waste time thinking you have tomorrow because that day you call tomorrow doesn't exist. All you have is *TODAY* and that is why you should make use of what you have not what you don't have. You should make it mandatory to make each day in your life productive, adding value and meaning to your life. You can lie to yourself that I will do it tomorrow, I will do next week etc but what you don't realize is that you're creating time in your mind that you don't necessarily have. The time you have is the one you're already existing in. You should measure your life's worth in time not in monetary or any other form you may think of. You need to prioritize time inorder to make use of it, because if you don't then it will be hard to be productive at a given space of time because to you time doesn't mean anything.....you always have tomorrow according to you. Have you realized that almost everyone can be a millionaire. If you save one dollar a day in a space of 2 739.72 years ( 1 million days ) you'll be a millionaire. The tragedy of life is that as a human being you you'll never live up to thousands of years on this earth, your time is very limited hence the need to make use of it. We're not where we want to be in life because we procrastinate saying " I will " thinking we have time yet we don't have one, all we have is today. We encourage each other daily saying " it will be okay" while doing nothing daily to make it " okay ". We bank our hopes of having good life on the future while doing nothing as input to output that good life in the future. We do nothing to change our lives while only having faith to have a better life in the future....the future we don't know we'll be existing or not. We fail to make today count and we count tomorrow that we don't have and that we'll never will. Let's encourage each other to be productive with the time we have and stop waiting for tomorrow that we don't have to do things we can do today. *#SaveAman*

There is strength in numbers, the more we grow the more our voice becomes formidable. We have a lot of issues we would like to adress but without numbers and unity for purpose we will not achieve Imagine as a man if you die today, you wife will chase your kids out of your house because they are disrespecting her new husband, your wife will chase your brothers from the house you build Men are suffering from paternity fraud and nothing is happening to culprits Men are being framed rape and losing everything sometimes and nothing is happening Men are losing their hard earned wealth because they decide to end a marriage because a woman cheated on him. *Men are more likely to be indifferent about their sexual health, because most sexual health awareness are centered around women this is another reason why we have SaveAman Movement our main goal is caution our young men about these venereal diseases and close the information gap.* Men are disease reservoirs because they quickly brush off symptoms because of their nature. STIs can cause serious complications as well as death. Here are common STIs men are exposed to; In men, STIs can be grouped in 3 categories; • STIs that cause genital sores • STIs that cause inflammation of the urethra (pain on urination) • STIs that cause symptoms throughout the body. Examples of STIs that cause sores; - Syphilis - Genital warts - Herpes Examples of STIs that cause inflammation of the urethra; - Gonorrhea - Chlamydia - Trichomoniasis STIs that cause systemic symptoms; - HIV - Hepatitis These STIs are very common in men. What are some signs and symptoms to look out for? Gonorrhea, also known as the clap. • It is caused by the bacteria Neisseria gonorrhea. What are the symptoms in men? - Painful urination - White, yellow or green discharge - Testicular pain The rectum can also be infected (for men that have sex with men). Nowadays we have drug resistant strain of gonorrhea some are calling it siki yemaChina. Thisnone is wrecking a havoc among our young men and it is very difficult to deal with. • Chlamydia presents same way as gonorrhea. In most cases, they present together. It’s usually asymptomatic. When symptoms appear, they present as; - Pain on urination - Burning or itchy urethra - White, cloudy or watery discharge. • Chlamydia is usually treated alongside gonorrhea. This is the reason why in herbalism same herbs are used to treat various STIs the difference will be on dossage and sometimes the number of days one should take. • Syphilis is caused by the bacteria trepanoma palladium. It’s divided into 3 stages; - Primary stage characterized by a painless sore. - Secondary stage with the presence of rashes on the palms and soles of the foot. There’re also flu symptoms, sores on the mouth and genital area. - Tertiary stage can cause tumors, blindness and paralysis. Syphilis is usually latent and so, not easily detected. It is very evasive. This is the reason why our elders drank guchu once in a while to clean the body. That’s why regular STI testing is necessary. Most of these STIs are asymptomatic and can be overlooked. People walk around as infection reservoirs practicing irresponsible sex. Knowing your sexual status is really important for a better quality of life. If you don't have facilities to get screened it is better to take our traditional way. Taking guchu for STIs for 7 consecutive days once after every six months. Boiling spinach and it's roots and drink the soup helps tk burst out asymptomatic STIs. #SaveAman Diaries of the General

My two puppies Killed two snakes yesterday and I have just arrived home to prepare land for planting tomatoes after my night shift duty only to receive news that the other puppy is missing. The other one is showing signs of something like hiccups. I think the other one died away from home or has been stolen. Am in pain, dogs are good they protect and fight for their owners. I ussually go there with my son and I feel he's protected when dogs are there because I have seen a lot snakes that side. #SaveAman Diaries of the General
