Men, Do not always eat food when you feel cravings. The moment you feel the pangs of hunger, just drink water your body will be complaining dehydration. I have seen diabetic people being prescribed to take 6 meals a day. That's putting out fire with petrol. Even if the diet is right—your gut need break. Snacking is worse or equivalent to a high-carb diet. Constant eating spikes insulin, which can lead to weight gain, insulin resistance and fatigue. Even healthy snacks can hurt your metabolism.
