SCHOOLS ON FRIDAY!! 1) HYBRID SCHOOLS: Friday is part of weekend. Teachers and learners either go for a trip or an excursion on Fridays. If no outings, teachers and learners are busy in the field training for various games and sports. 2) GROUP OF SCHOOLS: Friday classes end at noon. Learners clean their classrooms. Learners accompanied by their teachers then go to the fields to engage in games and clubs. 3) NORMAL SCHOOLS: Friday classes end at 3pm. Teachers to supervise cleaning up to 4 pm. After cleaning, learners are called to assembly, flag is lowered, weekend quote is given, weekend motivation is given, weekend verse is given, weekend counsel is given and finally the HOI gives weekend directives: " Ukiingia darasani kesho bila pesa ya remedial, utajua ni Kwa Nini magoti ya jogoo huangalia nyuma!" 4) WAMUNYORO EDUCATION CENTRES Friday classes end at 4pm, cleaning starts immediately.Teacher of maths disappear at around 10 am and is always in trouble with HOI. Teacher of English appears at 10 am, disappear at 11am and is always on the search for a transfer. Watchman is the custodian of the attendance book and hides it immediately after 8 am. Teacher of CRE carries busaa to school and claims that it's porridge prescribed by a doctor. 5) KATSWITSWI IGNORANCE REDUCTION AND EDUCATION CENTRES: Friday classes end at 4pm. HOI calls teachers to a Friday meeting, dean of studies give a speech, The deputy reads the mathematics eulogy, The teacher of English takes the stage to illustrate how to pronounce the word "ewe" and teacher of kiswahili help other teachers to understand "maenezi ya kiswahili nchini Rwanda baada ya mauaji ya halaiki"

TO THOSE WHO ARE STILL ASLEEP Savings and earning cannot only happen when you put your money in a SACCO. In banks, we have savings account such as goal savings, target savings or the normal savings account where you can save till you expire. Once you save in such institutions, it doesn't mean that you won't earn anything from your savings because they are not SACCOs. The truth is your savings will earn you interest ranging between 7, 8, 9 per cent depending on your bank per annum. As you continue saving and earning interest, you are allowed to take loans and banks do not consider how much you have saved to offer a loan to you. They just need your payslip and off you start. Why should you be enticed with dividends of 12% pa annum only to end up receiving 5% of what was promised? If you save 300K in a bank, and at one time you need to do a project of 150k, do you really need to do a top up or to go for a loan from the bank or SACCO? Nooooo! Ingia Kwa savings account yako. Jikopeshe 150k from your 300k. Do your project Rudisha hio pesa every month kidogo kidogo as you would have done if it was a sacco loan. Your savings plus the interest you have repaid yourself will earn you good interest. Is this possible in a SACCO?.......Nooo! The They can't allow you to withdraw your shares ujikopeshe then ujilipe polepole na interest. They will tell you that if you do so, you will lack financial discipline and fail to return the amount you have taken. In other words, financial discipline refers to the ability and willingness of shareholders to be impoverished. Nijikute!
