*Job Title:Cost Management and Accounting (chartered accountant)* (Age limit 35) *#Qualification:Qualified CMA / Inter CMA must* *#Experience:Minimum 4-5 years in a corporate in cost accounting and management role* *#prefer Industry:Manufacturing/OEM CA accounting expeirence (preferably from automobile sector)* *#CTC-10 LPA* *#Job Location:Panvel, Navi Mumbai* #Job Responsibility:  Product costing, setting up / periodic review of Bill of Materials (BOMs), process costing and overhead allocation.  Variance analysis between actual v/s standard.  Inventory valuation, shrinkage and wastage analysis.  MIS reporting of production and consumption, Cost dashboards and profitability analysis.  Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards & rules and cost audit requirements.  Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.  Reconciliation of cost books with finance books.  Calculation and periodic updations of Machine Hour Rate (MHR)  Tracking direct costs such as raw materials and labour directly associated with production, helping businesses understand product-specific expenses.  Monitor the accumulation of all direct labour, overhead and other manufacturing-related expenses.  Monitoring indirect costs, like overheads and administrative expenses, to assess overall financial health and allocate resources efficiently to control costs.  Monitor financial performance against budget, forecast and actual results.  Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts. In addition to the above, you are also required to:  Investigate discrepancies in financial records and perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.  Prepare / review the direct and indirect tax data, computations, filings and various reconciliations on a regular basis.  Assist in finalisation of the audits (internal/external/regulatory) Key skills and competency requirement for this role:  A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or commerce with a specialisation in accountancy; CMA by ICWAI is preferred.  At least 3 years of experience in the cost accountancy field or an equivalent role.  Strong understanding of costing methodologies in a manufacturing industry including knowledge of cost accounting standards, accounting principles and other regulations.  Proficiency in accounting software like SAP, INFOR, Oracle, etc. and strong MS Office skills.  Exceptional ability to think critically and make decisions based on data analysis.  Excellent communication and presentation skills in discussing financial reports with Company’s stakeholders.  Aptitude for mathematics, statistics, and various cost analysis techniques.  Willingness to work in a team or individually, as required. *share cv on whatsapp 8286841266*
