The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for promoting health and wellness. Must have Superb communication skills & ability to handle high profile clients. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:  Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery.  Manage front desk + Oversee all support staff  Train and supervise administrative staff – ensure all systems and tasks are being done – get it done!  Handel all new enquiries – explain brief about company, how we work, packages / services offered & guide them forward  Resolve all queries / complaints promptly & effectively  Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly.  Collaborate with the team to develop and implement client engagement strategies that promote retention and loyalty.  Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting open communication among team members. Liaise with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support operational needs.  Coordinate & manage all ongoing associations and business enquiries including but not limited to: Collaborations, Events, Corporates, Associations, Joint Activities, Business Enquiries (diet & non diet), etc...
