Center for Advocacy, Transparency and Accountability Initiative (CATAI), together with our partners, is excited to launch PACT-LAB, a project focused on protecting children, women, and youth affected by conflict through local actors in Borno State. Funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), this initiative will strengthen community-led efforts for lasting impact. Tomorrow, we will meet with key stakeholders to discuss the project’s goals and collaboration.

This engagement provided a platform to showcase the impact of our Educate a Girl project, aimed at addressing barriers faced by the girl child in accessing secondary education in Adamawa State, and to discuss sustainable solutions for long-term impact. #EducateAGirl #MalalaFund #GirlsEducation

Our Executive Director, Abubakar Sadiq Muazu a driving force behind Center For Advocacy,Transparency & Accountability Initiative - CATAI mission, alongside the Malala Fund Partnership Manager, Maryam Damburam, and our dedicated team, visited the Commissioner of Education and Human Capital Development, HON. Dr. Umar Garba Pella, in Adamawa State as part of a high-level donor engagement visit. This strategic meeting reinforced our unwavering commitment to breaking barriers to girls' education and forging stronger partnerships for sustainable impact. Through the Educate a Girl project, we continue to create pathways for more girls in Adamawa to access and complete secondary education.

The Executive Director, Center For Advocacy,Transparency & Accountability Initiative - CATAI and the Malala Fund Partnership Manager joined our radio program, Rubutun Kan Dutse, on NAS FM (89.9 Yola) to discuss The Role of #CATAI in Advancing Girls’ Education. The conversation highlighted our efforts in addressing barriers faced by the girl child in relation to access to secondary school education.
