Good day🌸🌸 How much do you love yourself? Not some parts of yourself, your whole self.

Goodmorning🌸🌸 Here are some ways to Prioritize Your Well-Being and build self-love today: 1. *Check in with yourself* Ask: How am I feeling today? What do I need right now—do i need to rest, to move to connect with others or to be alone? 2. *Set healthy boundaries* :*Say no* to what drains you and yes to what gives you peace. Protect your time and energy all the time. 3. *Engage in Self-Care* Do something that enriches your mind, body, or soul. This includes taking a walk, practicing deep breathing, journaling your thoughts and feelings or enjoying a hobby that brings you joy. 4. *Nourish your body* Eat foods that make you feel good, stay hydrated, and get enough rest. 5. *Give yourself a break* Release the pressure to be busy all the time. Resting and taking care of yourself is just as important as working hard.

This week, we looked at generational trauma. Now that we know what we know, what do we do then? 1. The first step is *honesty with yourself*. Honesty with yourself starts by acknowledging the trauma, and what it has done to you. The real work can only begin when you become honest with yourself and how much pain the trauma has caused you. When you acknowledge the pain then you will know what exactly you are dealing with. *Identify patterns* that you saw in your parents, which are now happening to you. It can be patterns in your behavior, in your speech, in your emotions etc.

Goodmorning 🌸🌸🌸 Allow yourself to rest, relax, reboot and even say NO without feeling guilty. If you do not take care of yourself,no one else will.

Why do we struggle with saying NO, when saying YES makes us feel drained and miserable. Learn to say NO, it is a sign that you have self love.

Here are some ways you can celebrate your uniqueness today. 1. Make a list of your strengths, talents and great life experiences that have made you, you. 2. Stop comparing yourself to others. When you catch yourself trying to compare yourself to someone else, remind yourself that you are on your own journey and that's enough. 3. Own your story. Your past experiences (both the good and bad) have shaped you into who you are today. Instead of hiding them, express and be proud of your mistakes too. 4. Be you, be confident in yourself. Show yourself some love today.
