𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐀𝐌 𝐓𝐏 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 has officially concluded, and what an exhilarating kickoff it was! The event opened with a splendid inaugural ceremony, honored by the presence of Chief Guest 𝐒𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐬 𝐁𝐡𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞, distinguished members of the 𝐕𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐲𝐚 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚, and our chairman, 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐦. The traditional lighting of the deep set a solemn and inspiring atmosphere. This was followed by a profound Vedic message from the VVK members and a motivating inaugural speech delivered by Srinivas Bhogle himself. 𝐒𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐬 𝐁𝐡𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 then mesmerized the audience with a captivating talk. He brilliantly intertwined intriguing tales of mathematical legends, the joy hidden within numbers, and the omnipresence of mathematics in our everyday lives—from the fascinating quirks of 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐣𝐚𝐧’𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐛 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬 that surround us. His message encouraged everyone to embrace critical thinking and find delight in problem-solving beyond mere formulas. The academic sessions burst into action with great energy! 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐢 𝐉𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐦𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐧 engaged students with the fascinating world of Dimensional Analysis. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒. 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧 expertly introduced concepts of Modular Arithmetic and the Greatest Common Divisor (GCD). 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐡𝐚’𝐬 “Squarest Country” challenge provided an exciting introduction to Linear Regression, while 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐫𝐞 opened new horizons by exploring Gaussian Integers. The lively participation, thoughtful questions, and enthusiasm from students across all batches truly set a dynamic and inspiring tone for the program.
