Alḥamdulillāh, we have one more project left for the year 1446, In- Shāʾ-Allāh. May Allāh aid us in being sincere and carrying it out successfully.
𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗝𝗨𝗠𝗨’𝗔𝗛
Alḥamdulillāh today we successfully concluded the second and final part of our feeding and distribution from the last set of unexpected distribution. A total of ₦231,928/£ 108.77. may Allāh bless every single donor and reward you all immensely. Breakdown of the distribution: • Day 1 (Yesterday): We distributed packs of pasta & eggs with zobo to approximately 50 people. • Day 2 (Today): We cooked rice with stew, chicken, feeding 84 people. In total, approximately 140 people were fed, Alḥamdulillāh. We also distributed 40 bags (800 pieces) of drinking water. Who benefitted from your donations? • Almajirai children •The less privileged • Those who asked to be given. • Some orphans • less privileged individuals • And prison inmates, suggested by a family member who works at the prison & assisted us with taking them. Due to security protocols, photographs of the inmates were not allowed. However, the food was handed over to some of the prison staff to help give them to inmates. We thank Allāh for aiding and allowing us to complete. Jazākumullāhu khayrā to everyone who donated, supported, or made duʿā. May Allāh accept it from us all and make it heavy on our scales of good deeds.
Excellence of Generosity Ibn Masʿūd reported: Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) asked, “Who of you loves the wealth of his heir more than his own wealth?” The Companions said: “O Messenger of Allāh! There is none of us but loves his own wealth more.” He (ﷺ) said, “His wealth is that which he has sent forward, but that which he retains belongs to his heir.” [Al-Bukhāri] This Hadīth spotlights in a wise fashion the significance and perception of spending in the way of Allāh. The real wealth of man is that which he spends in His way and the channels He approves. As-salāmu ʿalaykum wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuhu Jazākumullāhu khayrā to everyone who has donated so far, shared the post, or even made duʿā for the cause. May Allāh reward you all abundantly. Alḥamdulillāh, we’ve received some donations and may Allāh reward those who gave. But subḥānAllāh, we have approximately two weeks for this project to occur and we have less than a week for it to begin, In- Shāʾ-Allāh. The sooner we receive the funds, the better we can organize everything properly, In- Shāʾ-Allāh. We need to: • Purchase the Food items & other necessary items. • Purchase the fabrics for the Jilbābs • Deliver the Fabrics to the tailors • Sort and arrange the Jilbābs • Get in touch with the printer to print the packaging bags. Each of these steps takes time and organization, especially with the fact that those involved in organizing are few or alone. The faster we receive the funds, the easier it will be to manage everything smoothly, in shāʾ Allāh. We believe that Allāh is Ar-Razzāq. Allāh can inspire whomever He wills to donate whatever they’re able. Even within a single day, we can reach our goal, if He wills — for nothing is impossible for Allāh. So we hope and pray that everyone who comes across this becomes one of those whom Allāh uses to support this cause. May Allāh facilitate/aid us in completing this act sincerely for His sake, and make us among those who earn His pleasure.
Tawfīq to give Sadaqah & do other acts of worship are from Allāh, hence we need to realize it’s a favor of Allāh upon us & show gratitude to Him. May Allāh grant us Insight to realize and the tawfīq + ikhlās to capitalize on beneficial opportunities.
