🍽️ Lunch plans? 🥗 Veganuary is an annual challenge encouraging people to go vegan for a month for a more sustainable lifestyle. 👩🏽‍🍳 For all vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians or curious eaters are there, there are luckily plenty of options - some of them financed by us at the European Investment Bank. 🥔 An example?
