Ingredients for ( approx 10 laddus)
500g Sattu flour
½ cup mixed dry fruit powder (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios)
1 cup jaggery powder (adjust as per taste) ( you can add stevia as well
4-5 tbsp ghee ( just to roast the sattu)
½ tsp cardamom powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Dry roast sattu flour on low heat for 2-3 minutes until aromatic
2. Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery powder, and let it melt slightly.
3. Mix the roasted sattu flour, dry fruit powder, cardamom powder.
4. Combine everything well and shape into small laddus while warm.
1 laddu have approx 100-120 kcal
