We are doing all we can to help Singaporeans with cost of living concerns. At the national level, we have just rolled out an additional tranche of CDC Vouchers for every household. At the community level, we have various support schemes. At Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC, we launched a new “My $1 deal” initiative. Residents can redeem items like a packet of rice, cooking oil, or a tray of eggs for $1 each. This is our first time implementing this initiative, and we will learn from the experience and see how we can offer better deals in subsequent rounds.
