Last Saturday night, under the warm glow of lanterns at Blk 624 Pavilion, 300 of us came together—not just to celebrate the Year of the Snake, but to celebrate each other. We sang boldly (some off-key, some perfectly in tune), tossed yusheng high into the air with wishes for good health and happiness, and watched children light up at the sight of the Lion Dance.
