Terrorism in all its forms, including state-sponsored terrorism, remains one of the most significant threats to international peace and security. There is no justification for violent extremism. Russia's brutal war against Ukraine is a clear example of state-sponsored terror that has brought nothing but suffering. Ukrainians have seen first-hand what happens when violent aggression is allowed to spread. Ukraine is not only fighting for its freedom, but also for the future of the world with no place for terrorism, violence, or aggression. No life lost to terrorism will ever be forgotten. Those who perpetrate, organise, finance, or support acts of terrorism will be held accountable. As we continue the fight against Russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine, we call on the international community to bring Russia to responsibility for its crimes. Russia is a terrorist state, and it must be stopped!
