KAYE & CO. in Dubai is looking for a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Real Estate Broker to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site, commission-only position that offers significant earning potential for those who are motivated to succeed in the real estate market. About the Role: As a Real Estate Broker, you’ll be responsible for sales, customer service, and property management, with a focus on prime residential properties in Dubai. Your key duties will include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, providing market analysis, and building long-lasting relationships with clients and investors. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities to earn based on performance. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the sale and rental of prime residential properties in Dubai. - Prospect new leads through canvassing, cold calling, and networking. - Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, landlords, and clients. - Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and arrange property photography for listings. - Input new listings into the CRM (Propspace) for marketing purposes. - Respond to inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants. - Qualify inquiries, match client needs with available inventory, and conduct property viewings. - Negotiate and close deals between buyers and sellers. - Attend Dubai Land Department (DLD) for title transactions. - Keep clients updated on market trends and provide expert advice. - Stay in touch with clients regularly to nurture long-term business relationships. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in real estate brokerage or sales. - Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a plus. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Excellent negotiation abilities and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple clients. - Knowledge of real estate regulations and property laws in Dubai. - Relevant real estate certifications and licenses. - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
