Right Face General Trading is looking to hire a skilled Accountant with expertise in Tally Prime to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting for general trading items and sales/purchase processes. We are specifically looking for female candidates from Kerala who hold a husband visa in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily accounting tasks using Tally Prime for accurate financial record-keeping. - Maintain and update records of all sales and purchase transactions. - Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. - Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports. - Ensure all transactions comply with UAE’s VAT regulations and assist in VAT filing. - Assist in managing and accounting for inventory, including industrial parts, building materials, safety products, and medical consumables. - Manage vendor invoices, payments, and purchase orders efficiently. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. - Assist with audits and work closely with external auditors. Requirements: - Proficiency in Tally Prime is essential. - Solid experience in sales and purchase accounting. - Familiarity with accounting for general trading items, including industrial parts, building materials, safety products, and medical consumables. - Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is a plus. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently. - Female candidates only, based in Kerala, holding husband visa in the UAE. Additional Preferences: - Previous experience in the trading industry is highly preferred. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
